Jason and I are spending the majority of June 2009 in Lima, Peru. He'll be doing research at the Instituto de Medicina Tropical Alexander von Humboldt of the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (http://www.fogartyscholars.org/fellows/sites/peru-texas). While he's busy with that, I'll be hanging around Lima and doing my best to see parts of South America. I already have at least one trip planned... we'll see where else I stumble across during our time there. I'm going to do my best to keep this blog updated on our adventures; we'll see how it goes.
